Residents who have stayed with us for three years or more get a guarantee of $5,000.00 towards the purchase of a home.* We also provide a pathway to homeownership to our tenants by providing them with an offer to lease-option the home they are interested in renting. This program is beneficial to those who may not yet qualify for a traditional mortgage.
